Assault and battery cased continued for hearing in December
Jose Valentin, 59, of 13 Tucker St., Milton had a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon continued to Dec. 13 for a hearing in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a Feb. 23 incident in Milton at 7:45 a.m. when police were dispatched to 13 Tucker St. in response to a report of a resident with a stab wound.
Drug charges against Roslindale man dismissed

Carlos F. Colon, 22, of 80 Brookway Road, Apt. 486, Roslindale had charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate drug law, a drug violation near a school or park, two counts of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, reckless driving, failure to stop for police, unlicensed driving, speeding, and no inspection sticker dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charges stemmed from a May 10 incident in Milton at 7 p.m. when police on patrol noticed a red Ford Explorer traveling over the posted 30 mph speed limit and stopped the vehicle. Inside, police said they recovered seven baggies of heroin and 12 baggies of cocaine.
