Court continues case of assault and battery
Jamie Johnson, 36, of 32 St. Marks Road, Dorchester had a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon continued to Nov. 16 for a hearing in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a June 24 incident in Milton at 11:03 p.m. when police were dispatched to 19 Fairfax St. in response to a report of a domestic altercation. Johnson is accused of throwing a 12-ounce can of Pepsi at the alleged victim.

Jose Valentin, 59, of 13 Tucker St., Milton had a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon continued for a hearing on Dec. 13 in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a Feb. 23 incident at 7:45 a.m. when police were dispatched to a group home in Milton in response to a report of a resident with a stab wound. Police were told that two residents allegedly got into an argument.
