Uninsured, unregistered, unlicensed vehicle charges dismissed
Karla A. Ulebor, 51, of 77 Blue Hill Terrace, Milton had charges of driving an uninsured vehicle, driving with registration suspended, driving with license suspended, and a brakes violation dismissed in Quincy District Court upon payment of a total of $500 in court costs. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 2 incident in Milton at 12:20 p.m. when police stopped a vehicle on Warren Avenue because the brake lights were out, according to the police report.

Scott E. Strong, 40, of 145 Willard St., Apt. B5, Quincy was arraigned in Quincy District Court on a larceny over $250 charge. The case was continued to Feb. 28. Strong was released on personal recognizance. The charge stems from a Dec. 12, 2011 incident in Milton at 9:53 a.m. when police responded to a report of a larceny at Milton Hospital. According to the police report, a hospital employee told police someone had entered an unlocked desk drawer and stole her wallet, which contained $300 and a debit card, and that unauthorized purchases were made using the debit card.
