Stoughton man faces subsequent charge of license suspension
Wendell T. Davison, 49, of 918 Sumner St., Stoughton did not appear for arraignment in Quincy District Court on charges of subsequent-offense driving with license suspension and no inspection sticker. The judge issued a warrant for Davison's arrest. The charges stem from a Feb. 18 incident in Milton at 9 a.m. when State Police on Blue Hills Parkway allegedly observed a black Saab 9000 with mechanical problems. Police queried the vehicle registration and found the violation.

Luis A. Rijo-Rosairo, 26, of 48 Franklin Hill Ave., Dorchester had charges of negligent driving and driving with license suspended continued to Jan. 31 in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from an Aug. 22, 2011 incident in Milton at 6:31 p.m. when police were dispatched to Blue Hills Avenue for a report of a motorcycle accident with injury. Police said the operator was taken by ambulance to Brigham and Women Hospital with injuries after his motorcycle struck the median and both driver and bike became airborne, landing about 30 feet away from the point of impact, police said in the incident report.
