Milton man to face jury trial on OUI, traffic charges
Brendan J. Henry, 27, of 17 Duggan Lane, Milton had charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, driving with license suspended, marked lanes and state highway traffic violations continued to March 5 for a jury trial in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a Feb. 13, 2012 incident in Randolph at 1:50 a.m. when State Police allegedly observed a Toyota Yaris traveling 87 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 93 and pulled the vehicle over. Police administered field sobriety tests and arrested Henry on suspicion of driving intoxicated.

Javier S. Amadis, 21, of 466 Columbia Road, Apt. 2, Dorchester had charges of unlicensed or suspended operation of a motor vehicle, driving with registration suspended, and driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed in Quincy District Court. Amadais was assessed $200 in court costs. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 28, 2012 incident in Milton when State Police stopped a Subaru Legacy with a brake light out on Route 93 at 12:20 p.m.
