Court Log: Milton Residents OUI Case Continued

Kerri J. Callahan, 49, of 37 Pilgrim Road, Milton had a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol continued in Quincy District Court without a finding of guilty to Aug. 6, 2013.

The charge stems from a Nov. 11, 2010 incident in Quincy on Arlington Street where police responded to a report of a two-car accident. According to police, a black 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee collided with a 2009 Toyota Yaris.

Police allegedly detected an odor of alcohol on Callahan, but she refused to be administered field sobriety tests. Police arrested Callahan on suspicion of being alcohol impaired.
