Police stopped the vehicle and found Tse had no registration for the vehicle.

George E. Foster, 51, of 36 Concord Ave., Apt. 2, Milton had a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a Jan. 7 incident in Milton at 9:20 a.m. when police responded to a report of a father pulling a steak knife on his daughter during an argument.

Uldine Tse's case has been dismissed. She was not the driver of the Hyundai Elantra. Mistaken identity! No charges pending! Police did not find Tse as Tse was not there.
