Weymouth woman charged with receiving stolen vehicle
Jenna E. Flaherty, 28, of 18 Weybosset St., East Weymouth failed to appear at a jury trial in Quincy District Court on a charge of receiving a stolen motor vehicle. The court issued a warrant for Flaherty's arrest. The charge stems from a Oct. 26, 2011 incident in Milton at 11:05 a.m. when police monitoring traffic queried the registration of a silver Hyundai Tiburon and learned the car had been reported as stolen. Police stopped the vehicle and also brought Flaherty into custody on an outstanding warrant out of Plymouth District Court.
Brockton woman charged with drug possession

Michelle L. McCann, 36, of 38 Howard Square, Apt.1, Brockton was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of possession of a Class B drug, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. The case was continued to Dec. 18. McCann was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a Dec. 14, 2011 incident in Milton at 8:20 p.m. when police monitoring traffic on Randoph Avenue spotted a blue Mercury Mystique crossing over the double divider lines and stopped the vehicle.
