Case continued for alleged habitual traffic offender
William T. Tibbetts, 38,of 79 Jericho Road, Scituate had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender continued to Dec. 4 for a hearing in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a March 6 incident on Randolph Avenue in Milton at 1:15 p.m. when police observed a gray Honda Accord backing out of the Saint Elizabeth's parking lot. The vehicle then backed into a private driveway. Police said they thought the behavior appeared unusual and ran the vehicle's license plate.

Brendan J. Henry, 26, of 17 Duggan Lane, Milton had charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a vehicle, driving with license suspended, a marked lanes violation, and a state highway traffic violation continued to Dec. 18 for a jury trial in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a Feb. 13 incident on Route 93 in Randolph at 1:50 a.m. when state police monitoring traffic observed a Toyota Yaris allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed and stopped the vehicle. Police administered field sobriety tests to the driver and arrested Henry on suspicion of driving impaired.
