Boston man arraigned on multiple traffic charges
Robert J. Guerra-Taylor, 32, of 34 Moultrie St., Boston was absent for an arraignment in Quincy District Court on charges of driving with license suspended, failure to dim headlights and a miscellaneous equipment violation.
A judge issued a default warrant. The charges stem from a Dec. 6, 2011 incident in Milton at 7:36 a.m. when state police saw a white Mitsubishi Galant traveling in the northbound lane of Route 93 and that the vehicle's right headlight was dark. Police then stopped the vehicle.

Court dismisses traffic charge against Randolph resident
Benjie L. Pratt, 34, of 17 Corey St., Randolph had a charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed in Quincy District Court, was found not responsible for driving an unregistered vehicle.

Pratt also had a related charge of driving with a suspended license as a subsequent offense continued without a finding of guilty to July 30, 2013.

Court dismisses Milton man's traffic charge
Antonio J. Gomes, 38, of 19 Austin St., Milton had a charge of unlicensed operation of a vehicle dismissed in Quincy District Court and was found not responsible for possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
The charges stem from a Nov. 23, 2011 incident in Randolph at 11:22 p.m. when State Police said they observed a gray Honda Accord traveling in the middle lane of Route 24 southbound and that the vehicle had a failed inspection sticker. Police then stopped the vehicle.
