Joslyn Bailey, Milton Murder Suspect, Waives Extradition

Bailey is accused of murdering 23-year-old Rolando Coxon in 1995.

Joslyn Bailey, the Milton murder suspect who was captured in Pennsylvania this month after 18 years on the run, will be transported back to Massachusetts to face charges.

Bailey, 48, was arrested in Allentown on Interstate 78 after he was pulled over for a violation and officers recognized him, according to LehighValleyLive.com. Police said he had $25,000 in the vehicle and gave an officer a fake name.

On Monday, Bailey waived extradition, clearing the way for him to be transported to Massachusetts for an arraignment.

Bailey is accused of murdering 23-year-old Rolando Coxon and dumping his body behind Milton Town Hall, according to CBS Boston. Coxon's body was discovered on Christmas morning in 1995. Police said Bailey had shot the man to death in Boston and wrapped his body before disposing of it behind the building.
