Kraft Group Settles with Davis Family 5 Years After Fatal Crash
Debra Davis died as result of a crash after a concert at Gillette Stadium in 2008.
A Milton family who lost a daughter in a car crash at Gillette Stadium in 2008 has received a settlement with the Kraft Group, the stadium’s owners.
The family of Debra Davis, who died after the driver of a car she was in hit a tree off of Route 1 following a concert, said the Kraft family was negligent for not forcing rules against underage drinking in the stadium’s parking lot,according to United Press International.
The driver, Alexa Latteo, 19 at the time, had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, the site reports. Latteo died in the crash as well.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, the site says quoting information reported by The Boston Globe.
