Milton Police: 'You Have to Lock Your Doors at Night'

Two overnight break-ins, on Hinckley Road and Centre Lane, have prompted police to take to social media to warn the public.

With two home break-ins occurring in the early morning hours Tuesday – and in response to two previous recent break ins – the Milton Police Department warns: lock your doors.

The department posted a post on its Facebook page Tuesday afternoon informing people about the break ins, asking for help in identifying the culprits and reminding residents how to stay safe.

The Tuesday breaks occurred after midnight on Hinckley Road and Centre Lane, according to the post.
