Police Log: Daytime Break-in, Assault and Battery

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Monday, September 17. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.

  • At 2:33 a.m. Monday, an officer reported one party was placed under arrest at Canton Avenue and Reedsdale Road for an outstanding warrant.
  • At 2:37 p.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported a tractor-trailer took down tree limbs on Harbor View Park. Milton DPW was notified.
  • At 6:20 p.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported a daytime break-in at a Cliff Road home. Detectives were notified.
  • At 8:17 p.m. Monday, one male party was placed under arrest for domestic assault and battery. The victim was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.
