Police Log: Downed Wires, Marijuana Citations

The following information was provided by the .

  • At 9:36 a.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a large tree limb took down wires on Central Avenue. The DPW was notified to remove the tree limb. Nstar and Verizon were notified to handle the downed wires.
  • At 12:43 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported she lost her weimaraner on Grafton Avenue. The Animal Control Officer located the dog and returned it to the owner.
  • At 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a past hit and run motor vehicle accident at Milton Health Care.
  • At 6:24 p.m. Tuesday, an officer reported a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Churchill Street and Blue Hills Parkway. An officer reported two parties were cited for marijuana violations.
