Police Log: Mating Cats, Vehicles Impeding Traffic

At 10:01 a.m. a caller reported two vehicles possibly impeding traffic on Bassett Street. The vehicles were cited for not leaving enough space for emergency vehicles to pass.
At 2:05 p.m. a caller reported a suspicious male outside on Ridge Road wearing a leather jacket and pajama pants. The party was locked out of his home and was waiting at a neighbor's home.
At 5:58 p.m. a caller from Waldeck Road reported a cat screeching behind her garage. An officer reported the sound was caused by two cats mating.
