Police Log: Mutual Aid, Warrant Arrest

The following information was provided by the .

  • At 8:42 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a turtle on Brook Road. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
  • At 9:14 a.m. Thursday, officers assisted the Boston Police Department in looking for a Hispanic male with no shirt and no shoes, who was wearing basketball shorts and an ankle bracelet. The party was wanted for assault and battery on a police officer. State Police located the suspect in Boston.
  • At 6:18 p.m. Thursday, an officer reported a motor vehicle stop at Adams Street and Foster Lane. One party was criminally cited for violations of the auto laws. A second party was placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant out of Roxbury District Court.
