Police Log: Passed Breathalyzer, Tree Blocks Roadway

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Saturday, November 24. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.

  • At 12:27 a.m. Saturday, the patrol supervisor reported a motor vehicle stop on Patricia Drive. One adult male was placed under arrest of OUI-Liquor. The subject submitted to and passed a breathalyzer test. He was released, but will face administrative penalties. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
  • At 8:55 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a tree down on Gun Hill Street, making the roadway impassable. The Milton DPW was notified.
  • At 11:58 a.m. Saturday, a 911 caller reported a past breaking and entering to a Blue Hills Parkway residence.
  • At 10:03 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a vehicle was egged by a group of youths on Pleasant Street and Mathaurus Street. Officers were unable to locate the youths.
