Police Log: Rectory Windows Smashed, Car Break-in

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Monday, October 29. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.

  • At 7:10 a.m. Monday, BAT Bus reported a bus broke down at Reedsdale Road and Canton Avenue. The bus was coned off with its hazard lights on. A repair crew sent to the scene.
  • At 9:12 a.m. Monday, a caller reported past vandalism to Pius X Church sometime between 4 p.m. Sunday and 8:30 a.m. Monday. Two front windows of the rectory were broken with a rock.
  • At 2:45 p.m. Monday, a party walked into the station to report a past breaking and entering to a motor vehicle at Warf Street and Adams Street. The vehicle reported that sometime between 1:45 and 2:30 p.m. a window was broken. A purse was reported stolen.
