Police Log: Suspicious Bicyclist, Maple Street Break-in

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Tuesday, June 23. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.

At 1:19 a.m. Tuesday, a suspicious male with a backpack was reported riding a bicycle south on Route 28. An office spoke to the bicyclist who stated he was on his way home from work.

  • At 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, a caller report4d a past breaking and entering to a Maple Street home. The crime was discovered on Tuesday, but may have occurred on Monday. Access is believed to have been gained through an unlocked door.
  • At 8:13 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a suspicious female going door to door on Gerald Road. An officer located the subject who was soliciting for a grassroots campaign. She was advised to check in at the station and cease soliciting after dark.
