Randolph Man Arrested For Lewd Act in Blue Hills
Massachusetts State Police arrested Walter V. Pimentel on Saturday evening for allegedly committing an indecent act in a vehicle on the Blue Hills Reservation.
A Randolph man was arrested on Saturday, August 11, for allegedly committing a lewd act, while naked in a vehicle in the area of the Blue Hills Reservation known as “The Outlook.”
Walter V. Pimentel, 55, was charged with Indecent exposure, Open and gross lewdness, subsequent offense, Lewd and lascivious conduct, OUI liquor 5th offense, Open container, alcohol, Operating with a suspended license for OUI and Operating with a revoked license as a Habitual Traffic Offender.
Massachusetts State Trooper John McCarthy responded to the area on Chichatawbut Road after a caller reported a naked man masturbating in a white Nissan Pathfinder.

The caller observed Pimentel while visiting “The Lookout” with his girlfriend and their two small children to view the Boston skyline, according to a release from State Police.
Pimentel’s bail was set at $5,040. He is scheduled for arraignment in Quincy District Court on Monday.
