MassDOT Secretary and CEO Richard A. Davey says the department is committed to improving customer service and providing useful information in a “simple to receive and timely manner,” in a press release issued Tuesday.

“Just as the new MBTA T-Alerts system allows T riders to sign up and receive alerts about service issues, we are moving to provide roadway users and those interested in major projects with the same kinds of options,” Davey says.
