On Tuesday, November 22, the Milton High School student body came out in support of their Wildcats football team.
The traditional day before Thanksgiving Day Rally was held Tuesday due to the fact the school is scheduled to be closed on Wednesday.
Cheering from freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors sounded more like Gillette Stadium than the Copeland Field House. Games, dancing and a tug-a-war highlighted the afternoon.
Captains, Jamaal Grant, Terry Walsh and Casey Collier led some of the cheers promising a great game and a win for Milton on Thanksgiving Day.
The 82nd meeting between Milton and Braintree will take place on Thursday, November 24 at Brooks Field Milton. Start time is 10 a.m.
Milton hasn't beat Braintree since 2007. Both teams are pretty evenly matched and it promises to be a great game.
