Milton Wrestlers Win Over Cambridge R&L

The Milton High School wrestling team defeated Cambridge R&L 54-24 on Thursday.

Milton's wrestling team continues to shine as they defeated Cambridge R&L 54-24 on December 15 at Milton's Copeland Field House.

Coach Ted Carroll has brought the wrestling program back to full strength fielding wrestlers in all the weight classes from 103 lbs. to 285 lbs. As of now, the team hasn't had to forfeit any matches because of not having a wrestler in one of the 14 weight classes.

Since taking over the wrestling program at Milton High Carroll and his coaching staff has brought the team up to 33 members compared to starting with only six wrestlers three years ago. Currently the team has a 4-1 record.

The next match is at Weymouth on December 21,  starting time is 7 p.m.
