Fontbonne Teachers Named Unsung Heroes by Saint Michael's College

Two Fontbonne Academy educators were recognized by former students who now attend Saint Michael's College.

The following area teachers were named Unsung Heroes in the Saint Michael's College Teacher Recognition Program. The teachers were nominated by former students who are now first-year students at Saint Michael's College.

Robert Birch of Fontbonne Academy was named by Kristen McCarthy who said, "I think Mr. Birch deserves recognition because he's truly there for his students.  He's an amazing teacher and inspires his students to pursue their interests; he's part of the reason I'm a biology major today."

Elizabeth Joseph of Fontbonne Academy was named by Emily Clegg who said, "I was lucky to have Mrs. Joseph in a very small and unique AP English Literature class last year. She taught me so much; not only about literature but also about life and her class was the most formative of my high school career."
