Milton Students Earn College Degrees

Tufts University announces 2012 graduates

More than 3,000 students graduated from Tufts University on May 20, during the university-wide commencement ceremony with author and former Navy SEAL Eric Greitens as the speaker.

The graduates from the School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering included:

• Douglas Kempe of Milton with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering magna cum laude.
• Mary Bruynell of Milton with a Bachelor's degree in French magna cum laude and Community Health magna cum laude . Spring 2012 Dean's List.

Jennifer Manzanillo of Milton Graduates from Berklee College of Music

Jennifer Manzanillo of Milton participated in Berklee College of Music's 2012 Commencement held recently in Boston at Boston University's Agganis Arena. Manzanillo received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Professional Music from the President of Berklee College of Music, Roger Brown. Berklee president Roger Brown presented honorary doctor of music degrees to Rock and Roll Hall of Famers the Eagles, 27-time Grammy Award winner Alison Krauss, and innovative Ethiopian musician Mulatu Astatke. Astatke delivered the commencement address to the graduating class and an estimated crowd of more than 4,000 guests at the Agganis Arena.

Bryan Sullivan Graduates with the Roger Williams University Class of 2012

Bryan Sullivan, a resident of Milton was among more than 1,100 students from Roger Williams University to receive their degree during the University's Commencement ceremony held on May 19, 2012.

Bryan received a Bachelor of General Studies.

The following local residents were among more than 1,100 students from Roger Williams University to receive their degrees during the University's Commencement ceremony held on May 19, 2012.

• Christine Campbell, a resident of Milton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
• Kayla MacLeod, a resident of Milton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology/Foreign Languages.

Annabel Armstrong of Milton Graduates from the Savannah College of Art and Design

Annabel Armstrong of Milton recently graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Armstrong earned a BFA degree in Fashion.
