Bootcamp Basics is the best introduction to Ultimate Bootcamp in a fun, non-intimidating environment. Get a full-body workout in only one hour by combining resistance training AND calorie-burning cardio drills. For beginner to intermediate fitness levels. Attending a BASICS class is not required before attending a 4-week bootcamp session, although recommended.
