Since my last review, a very nice gentleman came and fixed the sheer nuts. The next snow storm the cord from the starter unfortunatly stayed in my hand. The same very nice person came the next day (Friday) to pick up my machine and show me how to start it without the cord. He took the blower in for repairs and promised I would have it back before the next storm. Yesterday, Tuesday,a call was put to the store to make sure everything was on track. The person on the phone did not take it kindly that doubt was expressed about the delivery of services but said that the blwoer would be ready by the next day. It is now 8 pm on Wednesday, no blower but there is a good storm at my door step. Grrrrr.

This past week end there was a snow storm. It started on Sunday and Monday morning the snow blower I had purchased from Blue Hill Power Equipment did not work, broken sheer nut. I went to the store and they said they would come and pick it up for repairs that day or the next. Thursday afternoon the snow blower still has not been picked up. I went back to the store and the same person I saw on Monday said to me "Oh we have a big backlog, we had to fix 57 machines from a Boston store we have a contract with first". I asked if those 57 seven machines were already ahead of me Monday. The answer was positive. Of course had I know this I would have gone elsewhere. So in conclusion , I would not recommand this place as far as service is concerned they do not deliver when it is most needed, they are pretty nonchalant about it (I did not get a call to tell me it would take longer than originally quoted), and they are not very upfront.

We can't say enough about the work and effort required to correct problems with our plow! Thank you so much, Steve!
Folks, What Steve corrected was poor workmanship by others. As busy as he was, he corrected the numerous problems quickly so that we were prepared for the snow.
