Milton Fire Department Investigating Cause of Three-Alarm Blaze
A Sheldon Street home caught fire early Friday morning.
A two-family Milton home sustained damage early Friday morning after a fire struck three-alarms. Milton Deputy Fire Chief Brian Linehan said the call came in at 12:35 a.m. on Friday, November 23, for a fire that originated in a rear, second floor bedroom of 50 Sheldon Street. According to truilia.com, 50 Sheldon Street is a three story, 2,533-square-foot multi-family, built in 1871. “There was extensive smoke and fire damage to the second and third floors,” Linehan said, adding the home received water damage throughout.
