Grand Opening of the Residences at Brook Hill
Tuesday, June 28, managing partners, builders, future tenants and town officials were in attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of the new commercial and residential building on Central Avenue.
The Residences at Brook Hill, a mixed-use development of 18 luxury condominiums and three commercial suites at 36 Central Ave., was officially opened to the public on Tuesday, June 28, with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Many people who have been involved in the project from the beginning were in attendance for the opening, from managing partners Michael E. Roberts and Paul Sullivan to builder Michael Moore of Oranmore Construction Enterprises. Town clerk James Mullen and town planner Bill Clark were a part of the crowd while Roberts, along with Senator Brian A. Joyce, selectmen John Shields and Planning Board chair Emily Innes gave brief speeches and cut the royal blue ribbons. The project literally hit close to home for Roberts, who kept …
