Judge Dismissed Delvonte Tisdale's Family's Lawsuit, Says Teen Negligent

16-year-old from North Carolina fell from a Boston bound plane in 2010, when he hid in the wheel well.

A superior court judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the family of Delvonte Tisdale  on Tuesday, according to WCNC.com. Tisdale’s badly damaged body was found on Brierbrook Street on November 15, 2010. An investigation determined the teen fell from a Logan Airport-bound plane as it flew over Milton. The 16-year-old allegedly snuck into the plane’s wheel well while on the tarmac in Charolotte, N.C. Tisdale's family filed a lawsuit against the City of Charlotte, the airport and the airline in Nov. 2012.

Family of Teen who Fell from Plane in Milton Files Lawsuit

The family of a teen whose body fell from a plane and landed on Brierbrook Street is suing several groups after the 2010 incident.

The family of Delvonte Tisdale, the North Carolina teen whose body fell from an airplane and landed in Milton two years ago,  has file a lawsuit claiming negligence. According to WHDH, the family is suing the city of Charlotte, the airport and the airline. Tisdale’s badly damaged body was found Brierbrook Street on November 15, 2010. An investigation determined the teen fell from a Logan Airport-bound plane as it flew over Milton. The 16-year-old allegedly snuck into the plane’s wheel well while on the tarmac in Charolotte.
