Milton Foundation for Education Launches 2011 Annual Fund Appeal
The Milton Foundation for Education provided $40,000 in funding for Teacher’s Grant programs in 2010, a key source for that funding came from tax-deductible donations.
Building a bioreactor. Birding with a birding expert from Mass Audubon. Using a video microscope. Building a roller coaster. Learning the movements to Le Carnival des Animaux with puppets. These are just a few of the experiences students have been able to take advantage of in Milton Public Schools thanks to funds provided by the Milton Foundation for Education’s Teacher’s Grant Program. A key source of funding for the grant program is through the MFE’s Annual Fund, in which the MFE appeals directly to the citizens of Milton for their tax-deductible donations.
