The people have spoken! The winner of this week's Picture of the Week Contest, Pets and their Masters, is Kathleen Stewart Brasefield of Martha's Vineyard for her picture of Boomer and his little mistresses Kylee and Ashley. Congratulations to Kathleen! This is part of Patch’s Picture of the Week series, where we’re asking you for your best pictures on a certain topic each week. We’ve added a little incentive. The winning submission will get a $75 gift card to Barnes and Noble, plus bragging rights. We’ll be taking photo submissions each week from 5:44 a.m. Monday through noon Friday.
