Tom O'Neill from Success Real Estate recently spoke at the Milton Council on Aging about the dilemma many seniors face on whether they should sell their homes or stay.
With an increasing number of citizens getting older, the inevitable questions surrounding staying in their homes or downsizing, begin to surface for seniors. A local realtor recently spoke at the Milton Council on Aging about the pertinent but often stressful topic. Last month, Tom O'Neill, owner/broker at Success! Real Estate in Milton, appeared at the Council on Aging's Monthly Breakfast. He also made a $1,000 donation to go toward gas for the Senior Center's transportation vans, in honor of long-time neighbor Elaine Kelley, who recently passed away. All of us at Success! Real Estate wish to express our profound thanks to the sponsors and organizers of Milton's 350th Anniversary Celebration. It was an absolutely fabulous three-day triumph. Your months and months of preparation were certainly evident throughout an incredible fun-filled weekend. We are grateful that we were involved in a small way by providing a water station for the parade marchers. We all agreed that the parade itself was stunningwith a variety of floats, bands, dancers, etc. and it was such a pleasure for us to be able to interact with all of the participants. The Success! Real Estate office located on Randolph Avenue will serve as a stopping point on the Milton 350th Anniversary Parade route.
As the Milton 350th Anniversary Parade moves through town on Saturday afternoon, the staff of Success! Real Estate will be participating in the community event from right outside their 588 Randolph Avenue office. Michael Todd said the real estate office will be handing out ice cream and Success! Milton 350th Anniversary shirts, while supplies last. They will also be offering an opportunity for parade-goers to win an iPad, by submitting their name and email address at the office. The office, located on the corner of Randolph Avenue and Reedsdale Road, will also serve as a water stop for parade participants as they near the end of the 2.2-mile route.
